Features
Less reading. More doing.
A tour of what Wiser Inbox does between an email arriving and the work getting done.
Inboxes
Every account, one list.
Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts with a secure sign-in. Accounts from different company tenants sit side by side, each with its own folders.
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft, no passwords stored
- Mail syncs in the background
- Unlimited inboxes on paid plans
Triage
Sorted before you look.
Jev, a fast judgment model, screens every new email. It scores how urgently you need to act, notices when you were only copied, and checks five security warning signs.
- Free on every plan, for every email
- Flags anything that looks like phishing or payment fraud
- Decides which mail deserves a closer AI read
AI reading
The gist, and the ask.
For mail that matters, Claude writes a short summary and pulls out the tasks and meetings inside it, with dates, details and the project it probably belongs to.
- Runs on important mail automatically
- Analyse any older email with one click
- Edit every suggestion before you accept it
Tasks
A board that keeps up.
Accepted suggestions become tasks on a drag-and-drop board, linked back to the email they came from.
- Pending, in progress, done and cancelled
- Overdue tasks show up on your dashboard
- Switch between board and list views
Calendar
Meetings from mail, in your time.
Accept an event suggestion and it lands on your month grid and week agenda, converted to your time zone from wherever the sender wrote it.
Projects
Work finds its folder.
Describe a project and add a few keywords. When a new email mentions them, its suggestions arrive with that project already picked.
Teams
One workspace for the whole group.
Create an organisation, invite people by email and give them owner, admin or member roles. Everyone's inboxes share one monthly credit pool, with no per-seat fees.
See it with your own inbox.
